Please note that all items are delivered from overseas. It may take estimate 7 days to 15 days working days, NOT included weekend and PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, images, designs & prices found on our website are correctly displayed, errors may occur. In the event we discovered any error in the price or detail of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible by giving you an option to reconfirm your order at correct price or detail, or we may cancel it without prior notice. If the order is canceled due to errors, any paid amount will be fully refunded to your user account. We are under no obligation to fulfill your order if the order the price or detail displayed in our website is incorrect even after we’ve acknowledged your order in a form of SMS, Email or Order Details found in your account. Please note that all products are from overseas, the price followed international currency so the price will change without prior notice.


You can make payment through our payment gateway partner, Paypal, or other forms of payment methods found on our website. Please submit payment notification if you choose to make payment via online transfer, cash deposit, cheque deposit or ATM transfer without using the payment gateway to avoid order delay.

Damage & Lost

Neos Online Mall reserve the right of the item is damaged. Kindly send us a proof of the damage via contact@www.neos-mall.com for investigation. Please note that our decision is final.
